[Bug Fixes]

Node - Temp repository storage issue resolve, retention variable needs to be defined in the appsettings manually until they are updated in the Installer script.

Node - Concurrency issues in the loop that pulls file batches. Due to this, the file path was not being updated as expected, and the Archive On Source functionality was improperly deleting the file from the TempRepo location, not the actual source folder. Added protections against this.

Transfer Manager - Target SFTP endpoints running on schedule (including continuous) should not create idle connections to external SFTP servers when no files are waiting to be transferred.

Machine Users - Unable To Change Username/Authentication Type For Internal User At Same Time.
