[Improvements]

Account Enumeration - The UI API authentication method has been updated, resulting in responses that are indistinguishable between incorrect password/incorrect user and incorrect password/correct user scenarios. Essentially, we no longer disclose whether the attacker has identified a valid account username.

[Bug Fixes]

New User Activation - It was discovered that new user activation was not working in US region, this was resolved.
