The "BASIC USERS" group has:
Limited UI feature visibility
No access to APIs/connectors
Cannot send distributions from portal or view sent emails
Hidden access to Summary, Transactions, Access, and Retention tabs
Implement customer-specific groups (e.g., "Customer A", "Customer B") with tailored folder access. Key features:
Users can't see other groups with access to shared folders
Members have restricted visibility:
Cannot view Versions tab
Cannot view Transactions tab
This approach ensures customer isolation while allowing controlled access to shared resources.
