Basic User

The "BASIC USERS" group has:

• Limited UI feature visibility

• No access to APIs/connectors

• Cannot send distributions from portal or view sent emails

• Hidden access to Summary, Transactions, Access, and Retention tabs

Implement customer-specific groups (e.g., "Customer A", "Customer B") with tailored folder access. Key features:

1. Users can't see other groups with access to shared folders

2. Members have restricted visibility:

   • Cannot view Versions tab

   • Cannot view Transactions tab

This approach ensures customer isolation while allowing controlled access to shared resources.
