Device Access Tab

Modify user's mobile device access:

1. Select user

2. Click Device Access tab

3. Choose between:

   • Allow access for all mobile devices

   • Add specific devices by MAC address

Allow Login from Any Device

To allow access from any device, select the box next to “Allow user login from any device”.

Add Specific Mobile Devices

To add specific mobile devices for a user:

1. Make sure the “Allow user login from any device” is unchecked and then click on “Add MAC”.

2. Next, enter in the MAC Address according to the example format.
   Check “Allowed” to allow this user to access Thru with this device. Click Save when complete.
