Statements

You can add confidentiality statements, disclaimers, or instructions if your company requires them to be present.

This can be done for the Distribution, Dropbox, or Account User.

Distribution

• This statement will be displayed when the recipient clicks on the link to collect the files that you have sent to them.
  They must accept the statement before the system will let them download the files.

• Make sure Activate is checked if you want this statement to be active.

Thru Dropbox™

• This statement will be displayed when someone is uploading something to your Thru Dropbox™.
  They must accept the statement before the system will let them upload the files.

• Make sure Activate is checked if you want this statement to be active.

Account User

• This statement will be displayed when a new user is created and they click to create their password.
  They must accept this statement before they will be allowed to log into the Thru system.

• Make sure Activate is checked if you want this statement to be active.
